Insider trading

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) maintains a public register of senior executives in listed companies, and publishes changes in their shareholdings on a daily basis. Finansinspektionen investigates suspected insider offences and improper attempts to influence stock market prices.
