The Annual General Meeting of Sandvik AB will be held on Wednesday 2 May 2012 at 5:00 pm in Sandviken, Sweden.
Shareholders are entitled to have items addressed at the Annual General Meeting if the request has been submitted to the Board of Directors not later than 14 March 2012. However, for practical reasons, it would be preferable if such requests were submitted so that they reach Sandvik AB not later than 7 March 2012.
Requests shall be addressed to the Board of Directors of Sandvik AB and sent to Sandvik's General Counsel Bo Severin, Sandvik AB, Koncernstab Juridik, SE-811 81 Sandviken, Sweden.
