Code of conduct

The Sandvik Code of Conduct is part of the Power of Sandvik, which is the common platform for Sandvik's way of doing business.

The Power of Sandvik is valid for all members of the Sandvik Group, except for Seco Tools AB and its subsidiaries, and contains detailed policies, guidelines and instructions that shall guide all Sandvik Group employees in their daily work.

The Code of Conduct is a set of policies and rules, which forms the basis for Sandvik's management systems and the continuous improvement of financial, environmental and social performance.
